From coffee house to concert hall, I've been chasing this musical dream my whole life. Presented with the biggest opportunity of my career, how do I meet the moment?
Dear Jill, it is always a pleasure to read about you... I love every bit of what you write, as we share the same dream. Mine could be considered past its expiration date...My music journey is and has been full of twists and turns but essentially, it's always been there, embedded in my DNA - like yours! As for the dream, I am so happy that you get to live yours in this lifetime. For me, I'd like to think that everything I did here, will bloom into something bigger in the next one? I've been so artistically "scattered" 🤭 Maybe sometimes, for some of us, the reward simply has to come later. It's the only way I can continue... Have fun and keep the dream alive. Louise 🌷 ( I'm not active on this platform yet..., but I do read your note! ) xox
Dearest Jill … the narrative of your very becoming is one I am drawn to read again and again. Keep shining your remarkable light, love. And deep gratitude for your collaboration with Drew who, as you know, has also contributed meaningfully to some of our Room 217 music care resources. Love the synergies yet again. Always … Cynthia
This is at least what I attempt to be on the daily … plenty of failing forward, this I acknowledge. But it’s a practice … somewhat like a musical one. If only I could find a way - I want to follow you to Regina!
Chère Jill, merci pour cette carte postale qui nous raconte une aventure et un moment inoubliable de votre parcours artistique. La langue française est très belle lorsque vous la chantez. Au plaisir de vous voir à Montréal .
The diva fits are truly fab!
Thanks Holly!
Love this so much! 👑👑👑👑👑

You are always the best cheerleader, Cynthia!

Beautiful! Wish I could have been there. Perhaps in the future with OSO (Okanagan Symphony Orchestra)?
Great photos, love this, bet it was quite the night.
It was magical.
Merci, Dan!
I would love to perform with the OSO! Will reach out to them- thanks for the tip and thanks for recommending my Substack to your followers!!
C’est fabuleux! If only you could perform this beautiful program in Montreal! 🙏 🤩💪🧚♀️
I love hearing all the details. I hope you felt like a gold medal winner. Such an achievement!
